Oakleaf Partnership are representing a hugely successful UK-based cleaning company, operating at large sporting events and concerts, to shops, and student accommodation. You'll work with circa 600 colleagues, a mixture of permanent (80%) and contract staff (20%), which can increase during peak times. You'll be working at group level, looking after 4 small companies in total. Their offices are based in Eccles with hybrid working available.

What is the role

Reporting in the Group Financial Controller, you'll prepare and calculate multiple UK payrolls, RTI reports to HMRC for different frequencies - fortnightly, monthly etc. You'll calculate statutory mat/pat/sick pay, process starters and leavers, and pension auto-enrolment. As well as ensuring P11D and P60 processes are correct and CIS information is accurate. The Finance team are down to earth and support professional development, whatever that looks like for the successful individual.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will have worked with Sage 50 and managed payroll for at least a similar size company before. Experience processing payroll for casual staff would be beneficial, as would knowledge of CIS deductions/HMRC submission.
