As Head of HR you will lead in this HR generalist management role working with Directors. You will be encouraged to be innovative and have room to grow as well as the freedom to make your mark. Managing a team of 8 across HR and L&D, your role will be varied - strategy, projects, day to day practices, policy etc..In this role, you will be encouraged to be innovative and you'll have room to grow as well as the freedom to make your mark with the support of an experienced Line Manager when needed.

This opportunity offers a full range of benefits with salary up to £52k pa. The post offers flexibility - Hybrid working (c50% working from home)
