Salary: £40,000

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be supporting this leading UK retail business in their search for a Junior Business Partner to join a HR team which is at the heart of the business. Your purpose-
As Junior HR Business Partner you will take full ownership in managing employee relations and coaching and developing managers for a key area of the business, Financial Services, which is set up for substantial growth and as such there are exciting opportunities for this role to develop in line with this growth.
Your Responsibilities -
* Working as a member of the HR team, driving improved people metrics across the business
* Providing effective and sound Employee Relations advice and guidance
* Supporting the team to ensure that all people related activity as required by regulations set by the FCA are met
* Coaching and developing new managers, increasing management capability
* Co-ordinating activity on around Comms & Engagement
* Supporting the implementation and embedding of people related projects and initiatives within the business areas
Your Profile-
To be successful in this role you will need to have a track record of working at a Senior HR Advisor or Junior HRBP level, successfully managing a high volume of ER cases within a regulated and change driven environment. You will be able to build effective relationships with key stakeholders, be commercially astute, robust and detail driven.
