Senior HR Business Partner
Birmingham based 3 days per week, with ad hoc travel across other UK sites

The client is a well known UK brand
Description
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for Partnering with the divisional MD across a business unit with headcount of c. 1500 staff.
- You will act as deputy to the Head of HR and work closely with the People Director, Head of Talent and Head of DEI and the Shared Services Team
- Lead on large scale TUPE projects
- Lead on retention and engagement project within the division
- Work with functional leads to create high performance culture, create a succession and talent programme that identifies and retains top talent within the business
- Support the business to create a social value plan
- Lead any complex ER casework including Tribunal
- Heavily unionised environment
- Partner and work closely with commercial teams
- Champion DEI agenda
Profile
- Proven experience at Senior HR BP level
- Credible and personable in approach
- Strong strategic HR Experience
- Proven track record designing and developing divisional people plans, including talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, retention and engagement etc
- CIPD L7
- Strong UK employment law knowledge
- Commercial acumen
- Experience within Logistics, Facilities, Manufacturing or Engineering environments
- Commitment to social value and DEI
Job Offer
