- Manage end to end employee lifecycle for a site in Dudley
- Lead on all recruitment activity for site
- Review and update policies and procedures
- Handle all Employee Relations casework on site
- Support with H&S
- Oversee Payroll on site
Profile
- Proven track record at HR Manager level
- CIPD L5 minimum
- Commutable to Dudley 5 days per week
- Solid relationship building skills
- Knowledge of UK employment law
