Benefits and Pensions Manager- Immediate start

6 month contract
£500 per day
Remote/flexible working

You will be joining a mufti-national law firm to manage the benefits renewal schemes for EMEA, whilst being responsible for the UK pensions.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the benefits renewal schemes
• Overseeing the implementation of benefit plans and developing benefit strategies.
• Manage final salary pension schemes.
• Manage pension audits for current projects.
• Responsible for the data integrity of the Payroll information system.
• Assists in creating, preparing benefit schemes for the company

Key skills

• Exposure to managing final salary pension schemes and/or managing a pension audit from an in house perspective is key in the short term.
• In-depth knowledge of benefits theories and practices.
• Ability to work independently and a key part of a team
• Solid organizational skills.
• Exposure to pensions and payroll
