HRIS Analyst
* Permanent
* Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus
* Hybrid Working: Once a week in the office
Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a global retailer to join their close knit HR Systems team. The business is searching for a bright individual with a willingness to learn to join them as a Senior HRIS Analyst. This role will be well suited to someone with 2 to 3 years' HR Systems experience.
About the role:
* You will be the go to person and first line of support to resolve any problems that arise on the HR System (Oracle and SuccessFactors).
* Working closely with the development team to support on any changes which need to be made to the system.
* Involved in the end - to - end testing of any upgrades which have been made to the system.
* Working closely with third party providers on systems integrations.
* Opportunity to be involved with the upcoming implementation of WorkDay.
Candidate Profile / Experience:
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong HR system experience and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical system issues.
* Great attention to detail.
* A proven ability to learn technology quickly.
