Description

The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:

* Managing and advising on recruitment campaigns

* Providing advice on a wide range of HR issues

* Supporting and advising managers on any employee relations issues i.e. disciplinary, grievance etc

* Supporting HRBPs on any change management projects

* Managing sickness absence and any family-related policies

* Leading the onboarding process

* Assisting with any other HR project work as required i.e. L&D, HR systems etc.

Profile

The successful HR Advisor must have:

* HR Advisory experience

* Experience of providing advice on a range of HR queries and Employee Relations enquiries

* Experience of working within a University previously would be desirable

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
