HR Business Partner

Frazer Jones is partnering with a Professional Services firm in Bath to help them recruit an HR Business Partner on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.

This is a generalist position with a focus on evolving the Leadership capability, enabling high performance teams, supporting business change, and developing a purpose led culture.

Salary up to £65'000 + benefits, possibility for the role to become permanent, hybrid working of 3 days per week on site.

Main duties will include:

• Providing all HR generalist support to specific client groups and working with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of people plans with overall business objectives
• Working as a trusted partner supporting on people and organisational issues
• Developing and delivering leadership development programmes for all leaders.
• Implementing and embedding talent, succession, and development programmes across the business.
• Development and implementation of career paths within departments
• Advising on complex employee relation case work
• Working collaboratively with the HR team, leading and supporting on HR initiatives and projects
• Working closely with the Head of HR to enhance the employee experience and culture within the organisation

What you will need:

• Proven experience of working within an HR Business Partnering role, ideally within Professional Services
• Ability to implement Leadership development strategies.
• Proven experience of implementing successful talent management strategies
• Ability to manage change and transformation and lead on HR projects.
• Excellent Stakeholder management skills
• Effective coaching, mentoring and development skills
• CIPD qualified
