Job Details
The HR Business Partner will provide expert coaching, support and influence to the Directors and their Management Teams, acting as the change advocate in support of HR interventions that add real value to the business

Description
The HR Business Partner will be a prominent member of the HR team, supporting the People Services Manager to deliver a first-class HR operational service and working closely with the Head of OD to ensure the Group has the same high level of colleague experience in all teams
The HRBP will be responsible for (but not limited to);
- Contributing to the delivery of the People and OD Strategy through professional and credible business partnering
- Taking full responsibility for obtaining an understanding of the business priorities, issues, opportunities and performance of designated business areas
- Proactively managing the internal customer relationship with the aim of being a true HR Business Partner through a proven record of customer focused support and the delivery of customer-focused HR solutions to business issues and measure outcomes
- Project managing and implementing HR change initiatives, focusing on value for money, across the business
- Build strong internal and external relationships
- Ensuring Directors and Managers are kept up to date with employment legislation and are provided with accurate advice and guidance
- Equipping managers with the tools and knowledge to effectively manage their teams; act as a change advocate encouraging buy-in with approaches to increase management capability
- Providing a consultative service with regard to recruitment and selection, pay and grading, employee relations and HR systems
Profile
The successful candidate has experience in a commercial high-performing HR service/organisation, ideally working as part of a business partnering team in a Generalist capacity, in a Change environment
You will have demonstrable experience of;
- Coaching of leadership on performance management
- Managing multiple projects or HR initiatives across a broad array of stakeholders
- Effective influencing at leadership level
- Keeping a 'customer first' approach in everything you deliver
Job Offer
A salary of up to £50,000 plus benefits, and hybrid working (this will vary by week/as per the needs of the business)
