The HR Advisor will support the Business Partners and People Managers across the organisation in a true generalist capacity, with a particular focus on Employee Relations and Coaching and Development of leadership

Description
This is an exciting role for an experienced HR Advisor seeking a the next step in their career. You will be joining transformative HR service at a pivotal time in the organisation's growth, and as such will need to be able to confidently partner with stakeholders to support them on a broad array of people activities.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Building effective working relationships with colleagues and managers at all levels, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and HR related issues to support understanding and ensure effective communication of good HR practice. This support will cover a range of ER issues and policy
- Delivering effective case management for employee relations
- Supporting the People team with people development and career mapping
- Support the People team on Organisational Design programmes, preparing required information and taking part in the review process
- Supporting on annual review processes such as Pay/Reward
- Supporting company-wide employee engagement initiatives, taking part in both the effective company communications and the analysis of such initiatives
- Working collaboratively with the People Team to undertake or contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required
Profile
You will be an experienced HR Advisor, with demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced change environment, supporting and advising senior leaders on a broad array of people activities
You will have strong experience in leading on ER case management, and supporting and coaching leadership on ER, performance management and development
