Job Details
A great opportunity for a Career Development Assistant to join a large global management consultancy with offices in Central London.
This role is for an 8 month FTC and does have a completion bonus.

A large global management consultancy. With offices based in Central London.
To join a small Career Development team which supports the both the UK and global offices.
Description
The successful Career Development Assistant will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Career Development team and attending meetings
- Administering and tracking the performance process
- Documenting and helping to implement actions from performance reviews
- Collaborating with the wider HR team
Profile
The successful Career Development Assistant will have:
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Previous experience within a fast-paced HR function
- Previously used a HRIS system, Workday would be desirable
- Degree educated
Job Offer
You can expect a salary between £31-34,000 plus benefits, including a completion bonus for the FTC.
This position offers a hybrid working structure with 2 days working in the office.
