HR Manager (Standalone) - A Leading London Barristers - City of London - £70,000 - £75,000 DOE


Your new company
This is an exciting opportunity within a leading London barristers, to join as a standalone HR Manager. This role is a brand new position within the company. Headcount of approximately 150 people, however this role does not manage the HR for the 120 self-employed barristers.

Your new role
This role will be taking over from the Chambers Director all elements of the HR function including ER, Compensation & Benefits, Onboarding / Offboarding, Appraisals, and Recruitment.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a background in the legal sector and have experience in a HR Advisory / HR Business Partner, or HR Generalist role. This role will best suit a confident, organised, and charismatic individual with a keen eye for detail and a proven ability to make strong interpersonal connections.

What you'll get in return
This role is a permanent and full-time position within the company. It is hybrid working with 1-day a week at home and 4-days a week in the office.
