Oakleaf Partnership are working on an exciting new role with a prestigious Professional Services firm in the City on a Reward & Benefits Assistant position.

What is the role

As Reward & Benefits Assistant you will report into the Head of Reward. You will support the provision of reward solutions for international offices, focussing on the implementation of reward initiatives and projects as well as providing data reports and managing data input.

Experience required for this role includes

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a reward or benefits as well understanding of HRIS systems, ideally CIPHR or Darwin. They will also have strong data skills, being able to present data in a clear and concise manner.
