We are working with our Client to recruit for a HR Administrator on a permanent basis. This company are looking for someone to join and share in their company goals and values.

This business are a specialist within their industry and are constantly being innovative and creative in order to adapt to the market. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with a passion for Human Resources to join a driven team with lots to do. This role will be accountable for the full HR Administration cycle.

Description

As a HR Administrator within the business, you will have a series of roles and responsibilities to adhere to:

  • Creating processes to support the HR system regarding starters, leavers and change of employee contracts
  • Maintaining all absence records across the organisation by working with Managers to ensure accuracy of information
  • Support the Head of HR and Payroll with payroll related matters
  • Delivering the required HR reports across the monthly and yearly cycle
  • Support with employee relations matters
  • Assisting with the recruitment process by ensuring all candidates have the right details
  • Supporting with occasional interviews and interview processes
  • Supporting key projects as and when required

Profile

In order to be successful when applying for this role you will need the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience within a similar role, ideally from a larger organisation but this is not essential
  • A real drive and ownership for all people related matters
  • Passionate about improving processes and making a positive change
  • Great at building relationships with stakeholders, even during challenging times
  • Previous HR systems knowledge
