Senior HR Advisor

Your new role

Hays have partnered with a large corporate organisation based in Birmingham who are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role sits within their corporate function and requires someone who is confident and able to liaise with key stakeholders across all levels of the business.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies
• Promoting a positive workplace culture through coaching and supporting managers
• Handling of employee relations matters
• Coaching and supporting the management team to create an enabling and engaging culture
• Analysis of HR KPI data
• Absence and performance management
• Coordination of the annual performance review process
• Partnering with stakeholders and peers across the business

What you'll need to succeed

• CIPD Level 5 or Equivalent
• Ambitious and influential
• Good working knowledge of employee relations and previous HR experience within corporate functions
• Flexible and adaptable approach
• Effectively manage complex data
• Confident to challenge and support stakeholders working strategically
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
