HR Business Partner: up to £50,000 + Bonus and excellent benefits
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and progressive business as a People Partner. Ideally you will be based around the Chester area and be happy covering sites in Shropshire and North Wales. The role is hybrid with 1-2 days per week working from home.
Key Responsibilities will include
- Delivering the people agenda across your region, including the delivery of L&D interventions.
- Advising operational managers on their day to day operational HR/ER issues.
- Coaching managers to improve their confidence and management capabilities allowing them to maximise the performance of their people.
- Supporting operational managers with all recruitment as well as talent management & succession planning.
- Supporting the wider HR team on projects including Employee Engagement, Wellbeing and Digital Transformation
As HR Business Partner you will be expected to work closely with managers to understand their changing needs and support them fully from an HR perspective.
The successful candidate will have
- CIPD qualifications, a true generalist background and experience working in a unionised environment
- Experience of coaching and guiding Senior Managers
- Sound knowledge of HR data systems and digital processes
- The ability to challenge and influence others to ensure that the right outcomes are achieved.
- Ability to effectively manage projects through to their conclusion, meeting all necessary deadlines along the way
Salary: up to £50,000 + Bonus and extensive benefits.
