Job Details
My client is a global asset manager that invests, develops and manages large scale real estate. This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious and motivated HR professional to scale up the HR function and build their team.
Currently a standalone role with plans for growth, this HR Director will be responsible for providing strategic HR consulting aligning people strategy to business strategy working with senior leaders to enable performance and operational success. This individual will lead on recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, talent development, leadership development plans, diversity and inclusion initiatives and partner with Management on key projects.
The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification and around 5 years of HRBP experience ideally within a similar industry. Natural gravitas and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of client groups. The ability to work autonomously and independently, coming up with solutions and being one step ahead. Able to coach and mentor.
