The Recruitment Marketing Manager will play an integral role in the design and development of a comprehensive resourcing attraction strategy, incorporating digital communications and digital platforms across the group business

Description

The Recruitment Marketing Manager will take the lead on all things 'brand' within Recruitment. Reporting in to the Head of Resourcing, and sitting within a small Resourcing team you will;

  • Lead on delivering CRM based technology into Resourcing to move the business from reactive to responsive, designing the business career sites
  • Measure the effectiveness of resourcing campaigns and develop strategy based on result
  • Work with leaders to devise and develop appropriate strategies for specific functional attraction
  • Develop and utilise the company EVP to build the attraction strategy and methodology to enhance the attraction and retention cycle
  • Improve direct resourcing capability and deliver targeted content strategies to attract different communities of candidates
  • Lead and drive Resourcing's digital strategy including social media platforms and resourcing platforms for the group businesses, keeping abreast of attraction trends and market insight
  • Establish key metrics to measure effectiveness of the businesses approach

Profile

The ideal candidate will be in an existing fast-paced in-house recruitment team, with experience in;

  • Online measurement platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook Insights, Twitter, YouTube Insights, etc)
  • Knowledge and proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office
  • Demonstrable experience in building an EVP and managing recruitment websites and campaigns
  • Developing strong service and business partnerships

You will be/have;

  • A self-motivated individual with intellectual curiosity and a passion for recruitment marketing and digital channels
  • Display the drive and energy to produce excellent results and to continually find ways of improving relationships, outputs, and processes
  • An entrepreneurial approach and willingness to use new and unique resourcing techniques

Job Offer

A salary of up to £45,000 plus benefits

The role is offered on a hybrid basis (2 set days in Manchester) and an adhoc requirement to visit the office in Staffordshire
