HR Systems Manager

Your new role

As the HR Systems Manager you will ensure HR data is compliant and meets system requirements by completing regular data integrity exercises, you will also support the business with, maintaining data changes, re-structures and mass terms and conditions changes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop a career as a team leader within a technical HR function.

Key responsibilities:

• Be responsible for 3 direct reports
• Hold team leadership responsibility for the HRIS team
• Effectively liaise with stakeholders- reporting and representing the team at relevant meetings
• Act as a key escalation point for any queries
• Work closely with Payroll to align data between HR and payroll systems to ensure data issues are dealt with in a timely manner
• Working with the wider HR team to understand and manage our systems
• Build reports and documents to support BAU activities
• Develop, implement and report on key HR KPIs and other metrics
• Identify and lead on opportunities for continuous improvement in the delivery of HR Services and HR systems.

What you'll need to succeed

• Knowledge of Workday, iTrent and resource planning systems
• Experience managing and developing a team
• Experience of working with HR systems and analysing data
