HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator, £32k/£34k, Sandhurst, Consumer goods company

Your new company
You will form an integral part of the HR team with all aspects of the day to day of the HR team for a growing consumer goods company.


Your new role
You will support to prepare variations to employment contracts for working variations, assist in welcoming new employees to the organisation by conducting orientation, take minutes of meetings, collate and analyse summary notes, assist in payroll, provide staff support through return to work meetings following sickness and work related injury absence


What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in HR, excellent interpersonal skills, efficiency and organisational skills, ability to deal calmly with challenging situations and CIPD Level 3 qualified with exposure to using HR systems.
