I am delighted that Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading fintech firm on a 6 month FTC as a Reward Analyst. The individual will be coming in to support the reward team on both compensation and benefit projects.
The role:
Support on EMEA benefits processes and programs, including assisting on the benefit plans renewals and communication. You will also be expected to support on global salary and bonus review process, including pay benchmarking and analytics.
Your experience:
The successful candidate will have great working knowledge of UK & Ireland Compensation and Benefits, having worked in a global team. Experience in a medium sized Financial Services organisation would be well regarded.
