Benefits:

This role is eligible for discretionary bonuses, which could constitute a significant portion of total compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of the short- and long-term global benefits
  • Support the plan for all activities relating to the administration and maintenance of our employee global benefit programs, including health and welfare benefits, and global pension and retirement plans
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of relationships with all benefit consultants and brokers
  • Monitors and responds to enquiries received in the benefits email box
  • Tracks the feedback received from employees to identify trends and major issues to be addressed
  • Facilitate the development of overall benefits communication to include new hire orientation materials, ongoing employee communications, exit materials, and annual enrolment communications
  • Support all benefit program administration as needed
  • Supports the reviews and reconciles vendor invoices

Specific Requirements, Skills & Education

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in benefits administration with global exposure in US Benefits essential

Prior financial services/private equityfund working experience preferred not essential

Workday experience preferred
