My client is looking for a dynamic and forward thinking Director of People to join their fantastic team. A great time to join with lots of exciting change happening.
About the role:
You will develop & implement the people strategy. Provide day to day HR policy guidance and interpretation to the people team. Work with the HR manager to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Lead the recruitment processes alongside the recruitment manager. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reduce legal risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. Ensure overall compliance with employment legislation and regulations is met. Develop a reward and benefits policy. Be accountable for budgets and ensure day to day budgetery management.
The person;
You will be a dynamic leader. You will be agile and creative. An experienced line manager than can influence change. Good understanding of UK employment law. Comfortable working with ambiguity.
