Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to line managers, as well as supporting the HR team

Description

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of employee relations cases
• Attending official meetings as the HR representative
• Providing advice and guidance to line managers and employees
• HR administration
• Providing assistance to the HRBP and wider HR team

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have:

• A proven track record within a similar role
• CIPD L5 or above (desirable)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• The ability to start immediately
