People Operations Manager

As the people operations manager, you will oversee a team of three enthusiastic administrators and have responsibility for all activities related to the day-to-day operations of the firm's HR function. Reporting to the Head of Benefits, your primary focus will be ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of people's administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

You will streamline processes across the People Experience functions, develop templates and establish a People Calendar, standardising procedures across the regions. Your goal is to meet employee needs and drive engagement, retention, and data security in alignment with the firm's policies.

In this exciting role, it will be your responsibility to optimise processes, reduces costs, eliminate duplication, and ensure a consistent service. Your expertise in data management systems and attention to detail will be essential for this role to be a success. You will also take responsibility for the firm's relocation and right-to-work sponsorship processes.

As a manager, equipping the People Operations team with the right skills for administrative and advisory support, including employee relations and data manipulation, is crucial. Empowering team members through training and development supporting their growth and advancement.

This is an ideal role for someone who has experience coming from an accounting or wider professional services sector background and has proven experience in HR operations whilst providing knowledge of best practice HR processes within a corporate environment.
