I am delighted that Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading trading and brokerage company who are hiring a Reward Analyst. The individual will be coming in to support the reward team on both compensation and benefit projects.
The role:
Support on Reward strategies, including salary review processes, year-end bonus proposal process, market benchmarking, incentive schemes, reward and benefits policies and processes. You will also be expected to carry out HR data analysis using reports pulled from Workday.
Your experience:
The successful candidate will have working knowledge of Compensation and Benefits, having worked in a global team. Experience using Workday would be well regarded.
