Talent Acquisition Manager

  • 16-month contract
  • £50,000 - £55,000
  • Hybrid (2 office days per week)

Oakleaf Partnership are representing a large professional services firm who are looking to bring a Recruitment Manager on board for a period of 14 - 16 months.

What is the role?

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely alongside the Head of Talent Acquisition and Early Talent Manager to identify and meet the resourcing needs of the business. Within this role you will be required to work with the Head of Talent Acquisition to continuously evolve the resourcing strategy, sourcing diverse talent in a commercial way.

Main duties

  • Deliver key recruitment objectives to identify directly sourced permanent and temporary candidates across a range of sectors, using LinkedIn recruiter license along with other online tools to reduce agency spend and time to hire.
  • Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition and wider Resourcing Team in identifying and driving change improvements and deputise for the Head of Talent Acquisition at management and project meetings.
  • Responsible for the Recruitment of lateral partners (also as teams, or as part of a merger) whilst ensuring partner engagement across the firm.
  • Develop in-depth insight into market trends to share with the business.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision, advice and coaching for the Resourcing Advisors to maximise resource, service levels, build team capability and aid their development.

What will candidates need

  • Previous experience as a TA Manager, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Have experience of managing a team and being an effective coach and mentor, helping to develop the team's capability and drive performance.
  • Be effective in your approach to candidates and agencies, understanding the latest attraction methodology and using key metrics to measure success.
  • Be confident and competent at using social media across multiple platforms, driving relevant content alongside communication and marketing colleagues to attract talent.
