Reward Specialist
- 12 Month FTC
- Up to £48,500 base salary
- PMI, Pension (up to 10% matched), Life Assurance, 25 Days Annual Leave (raising with length of service, EAP, Free eye tests
- Remote working (must be UK based)
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a UK charity in the animal welfare space. We are in search of an experienced Reward professional for a Reward Specialist role. The role will be responsible for the development and delivery of the pay and benefit offering. It will work closely with the Head of Reward to drive development and continuous improvements of reward offerings to support the charity's workforce attraction, retention, and development.
The Reward Specialist role:
- Develop a reward strategy with the Head of Reward that attracts the best talent and inspires employees to perform at their best
- Support the annual pay review process and conduct pay modelling
- Salary benchmarking
- Manage all aspects of living wage, gender pay gap reporting, salary surveys and statutory reporting
- Responsible for development and implementation of reward principles and policies
- Develop and manage the job evaluation processes
- Develop and implement an innovative approach to benefits including flexible benefits
- Manage the complete benefits package including managing relationships with third parties
- Ensure the benefits offering supports the organisation's wellbeing agenda
- Support the work of the Reward Officer
Candidate profile / experience:
- Significant experience in reward including the development and implementation of policy and strategy
- Experience of developing, implementing and managing a complete benefits package
- Experience of producing management information reports and manipulating statistics
- Excellent analytical and excel skills
- Ability to build relationships and communicate with senior leaders and stakeholders
