L&D Lead | Permanent | Hybrid working
Your new company
Exciting opportunity for an L&D professional to join a highly successful and market-leading organisation in North Manchester. My client is seeking to recruit an L&D lead on a permanent basis which will be a brand-new role that will sit within their HR function. This role offers a hybrid working model and will require occasional travel to another site.
Your new role
As an L&D lead you will support the HR team, and work in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure the L&D offering delivers continuous development of their people. The role will facilitate and coordinate comprehensive development and training services to the organisation through a combination of e-learning, face to face workshops and coordination alongside external training providers. Although this is a brand-new role there is so much opportunity for this role to grow and scope to build a team. The successful candidate will have proven experience in the creation, delivery, and evaluation of innovative solutions and have excellent presentation skills. You must be professional, dynamic and have a motivational persona with the ability to recognise and demonstrate the importance of giving time to others.

- Proven and demonstrable career success in L&D
- Experience working with LMS
- CIPD Qualified
- Full UK Driving License
