Delighted to be partnering with a pan-UK manufacturing business to find an L&D Manager for one of their manufacturing sites in the Midlands

To cover a maternity leave, this will be a FTC for 12 months. You will be part of the busy HR team, leading developing and delivering training and learning for employees across the site. This role forms a leading part of the drive to increase capability and engagement across the business.

Responsibilities will include liasing and building relationships with leaders to understand need, followed by forming and developing coaching and training plans accordingly.

We are looking for someone who has experience in the L&D field, preferably in a manufacturing, logistics or similiar environment. You will be a strong communicator and passionate about L&D as an important part of any business strategy.
