You will be advising various clients, business managers and owners on HR matters, which would include employee relations, disciplinaries and employment law.

My client is an award winning company that offers professional services and advise to various business's across the UK.

Description

The key responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documentation, such as (but not limited to) contracts, policies, disciplinary letters and reports
  • Creation of company process and training documents
  • You will advise our clients on Employee Relations and also chair HR Meetings on behalf of their clients. Meetings take place over Teams and on location.
  • Support the client's with all Employment Law and HR matters. Much of the advice we give is remote but we also give advice face to face.
  • support clients to use the HR software.
  • In addition to pre-litigation, we also represent clients at Employment Tribunals. Often liaising with acas and tribunals as well as attending as a witness in claims where we have chaired HR meetings.

Profile

The successful candidate:

  • 2+ years in a HR advisor role
  • Employee relations experience
  • Adaptable and willing to learn
  • IT Proficient
  • Good at maintaining relationships.
