The HR Business Partner is working closely with the Finance Director as the HR lead of this growing division of a wider business.
Client Details
A growing company that supplies specialist materials and support to the construction industry based in Buckinghamshire with circa 350 employees.
Description
The HR Business Partner will be working as part of the senior management group and will be the HR lead. The role will be responsible for meeting senior managers on site, working through ER cases and also developing the management capability. The role is an operational and strategic mix that has mapped out progression.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a proven HR professional with CIPD qualifications, ideally from a blue collar background.
Job Offer
The HR Business Partner role comes with an attractive salary of up to £50,000, company car and a bonus potential of 25%.
