Page Personnel are currently partnering with a market leading legal business, based in Liverpool City Centre, who are looking to recruit a Talent and Resourcing Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for assisting in the end to end recruitment process, and helping to drive business growth

The Talent and Resourcing Advisor will be working for a leading legal firm, based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. Description

The Talent and Resourcing Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Building positive working relationships with key stakeholders to understand recruitment needs
  • Proactively headhunt candidates using a variety of sourcing methods
  • Writing and posting job advertisements
  • Shortlisting CVs
  • Screening potential candidates by conducting initial telephone interviews
  • Building brand awareness using social media and job boards
  • Attending careers events
  • Arranging interviews, and managing the feedback process
  • Liaising with HR to create a smooth onboarding process
  • Managing the ATS, ensuring all notes and details are up to date
  • Sending welcome emails to new starters
  • Review, update, and implement effective recruitment processes

Profile

The successful Talent and Resourcing Advisor will have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • Proactive approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • A genuine desire to learn
