Temp HR Officer to manage the transfer of HR data from SalesForce to Workday for this exciting and fast paced global Retail business based in Milton Keynes. Looking for an individual with good HR grounding experience to process new starters, leavers and contracts on their new system
Client Details
This leading global retail group have head office in Milton Keynes with parking on site and great public transport links being close to the station, are looking for an initially Temp HR Officer. A supportive management team in place are needing additional temporary support for the new system implementation of Workday and therefore the accurate transfer of HR data from their prior system. Looking at process improvements along with updating Human resources and personnel policies and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose on the new system.
Description
The key duties and responsibilities for this Temp HR Officer role will include
- The accurate entry and transfer of key HR data onto the new Workday system
- Reviewing new HR policies and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose and reflect the companies overall strategy
- Use your HR knowledge to imp[rove the HR Function and provide recommendations to Senior management on improvements
- Be the key point of contact for Workday related HR questions and issues
- Advise line managers on best usage and how to implement changes and processes on workday.
Profile
Prior HR officer/administration experience is key with ideally experience working with HR information and systems. Workday and SalesForce would be a key benefit to ensure you can hit the ground running in this initially temporary position.
