Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global law firm to recruit for a Learning and Development Administrator to join their global learning and development team on a 3-month fixed term basis from July to support a major training project throughout EMEA.

About the role

The learning and development administrator will be aiding with all administration for the logistics of the training event to ensure it is successful. Responsibilities could include coordination of room bookings and catering, monitoring inboxes and keeping on top of scheduling, assisting in content creation and liaising with external providers and stakeholders.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will have ideally had previous experience in administration of learning and development, HR or events.

You will be self-motivated and good at building relationships with excellent both written and oral communication skills.
