Oakleaf Partnerships are representing a forward-thinking top 50 law firm who are seeking a driven resourcing advisor to inspire future talent for the business.
About the role
The resourcing advisor position is a newly created role as the business roles. Day to day you will be managing the end-to-end recruitment for positions across both fee earning and central functions and be the point of contact for all recruitment queries both internal and external.
You will own the process scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates in addition to tracking on a tracking system.
The resourcing advisor will work closely with agencies to send updates host briefings and provide updates on roles.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will have previous experience ideally within a professional services environment either in house, agency or through an RPO. You will have previous experience sourcing, screening and running an end-to-end recruitment process.
You will have great communication and interpersonal skills when working with stakeholders.
