Job Details
Oakleaf Partnership are supporting a global FTSE medical organisation with their search for a Reward Business Partner to manage their European region. Due to growth, this is a new role for the business.
Reporting into the Compensation Director you will have a number of responsibilities including:
* Developing the pay offering for the business
* Taking ownership of the companies benchmarking and ensuring that salaries are aligned to their relevant markets
* Managing the annual compensation cycle for the region
* Supporting and leading on global reward projects
* Managing communications and ensuring everyone has an understanding of the companies reward philosophy, policies and procedures.
We are looking for someone who has international reward experience and has used either Workday or SuccessFactors.
