Oakleaf Partnerships are representing a top 100 law firm specialising in human rights for an HR administrator to join the busy HR function supporting over 600 employees throughout the UK.

About the role

The human resources administrator is an extremely multifaceted role that will support the team of six in their day-to-day functioning of the HR team. You will be handling general HR queries and advice to give support, administrate the leaving and joining process and manage all contracts and contractual changes.

You will be able to gain some exposure to ER cases working closely being able to sit in and note take and have the opportunity to get involved in ad hoc project work with the team.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will ideally have experience with a minimum of 1 year's generalist HR experience.

You will have previous experience producing HR documentation with keen attention to detail and impeccable written and oral communication skills.
