An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a highly reputable and established organisation based in Horsham. In a continually evolving world our client prides themselves in helping all generations to embrace change through trusted advice, support and guidance.

As the HR Advisor you will report into the HR Operations Manager working as part of a small close knit team to undertake a generalist role and deliver core operational HR activities. You will provide a high-quality service to all staff, supporting circa 300 headcount, ensuring you adhere to UK and EU Laws and the organisations policies and procedures. This is an extremely busy and varied role where you will be accountable for managing and supporting the onboarding and offboarding process, taking ownership of the people data by cleansing and auditing information in the systems and providing data analytics to the HR Business Partners, communicating meaningful patterns that drive the organisations insights. In addition, you will also be responsible for providing HR and legal advice to employees, managing employee relation issues, supporting the annual benefits administration and year end processes such as the annual pay review. There will also be an opportunity to get involved in various HR projects.

This is an exciting role with an opportunity to progress within an ambitious organisation. If you have solid generalist experience are aufait with systems and have the ability to interpret and analyse information this will be of great interest to my client. It is essential you are studying towards CIPD and have worked in a high paced professional services environment.
