HR Manager

This role would be responsible for supporting HR initiatives for the EMEA teams. It will lead a team of HR professionals to provide HR operations to the business, advise and execute on HR issues across the whole employee life-cycle, while partnering with senior leaders in the region.

The role will manage HR functions and support to EMEA including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, payroll processing, benefits administration, training & development, etc.

It will collaborate with leadership to develop & execute HR initiatives and serve as trusted advisor building partnerships with local management and employees to provide guidance and communicate and interpret HR and company policies, procedures, and local laws and regulations.

It will also collaborate and support Global HR with global initiatives while identifying and leading these initiatives to attract, motivate, develop, and retain talent while fostering an inclusive and diverse culture.

The successful applicant will have experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and systems across EMEA or Americas. They will be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, have solid knowledge of UK employment law and regulations and a strong understanding of multi-national operations.

The right person for this company and role will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet established and changing deadlines. They will be self motivated, accurate, confident, results-orientated, open-minded, enthusiastic and energetic.

This role can be worked fully remote, but the ability to attend the West Yorkshire site on occasion would be highly beneficial.
