HR Partner / Senior Advisor - Hybrid - Doncaster/regional/home based - £42000 to £45000 plus great benefits

A large international and national organisation in the logistics solutions area - with several sites around the UK - who have been growing continuously are looking to recruit a Human Resources / Partner /Senior Advisor.

Your new role

You will join the regional HR team as part of the national HR provision - based at Doncaster, but with fully flexible hybrid working (2 days a week in Doncaster, 1 day a fortnight in London and the rest other sites and home - approx. 40% of your time travelling / onsites)

This is an exciting role and pivotal HR role, reporting to the HR Business Partner and working alongside varying levels of stakeholders across your dedicated area; providing comprehensive HR advice and guidance, with a strong emphasis on employee relations.

This role requires a proactive, confident and experienced HR individual to be able to challenge when needed and to always look for areas of continuous improvement.

As the HR Advisor you will have the opportunity to lead and support of various HR Projects helping he HR Business Partner to deliver on the overall people strategy.

Key areas of involvement are:

• Employee relations and Subject Matter Expert areas
• Generalist HR Activity and Employee Lifecycle
• HR Reporting and Trend Analysis
• HR Project Responsibilities
• TUPE, Trade Union liaison and consultations

What you'll need to succeed

The successful applicant will ideally possess a solid background in a Senior / HR Advisory role - ideally from an industry such as engineering/logistics/manufacturing (mix of blue and white collar workforce) and a Trade Union Environment.
However, the ability to offer a senior HR Advisory service, HR Project support, have Influencing and Challenging skills are of greater importance - aswell as emotional resilience and an ability to balance a varied workload. CIPD Level 5 as a minimum (or suitably equivalent experience level)

Hybrid working - this is a full time Monday to Friday role - flexible hours with 2 days a week at the Doncaster site, 1 day every fortnight at the London site and the rest site/home based.
