Reward Consultant, Policy & Advisory

Frazer Jones are excited to be working with an award-winning global financial services organisation, find them a Senior Reward Manager who can lead on their review, simplification and development across their entire suite of Reward policies and processes.

This will be initially on a 2-year FTC, as part of a global transformation project that will see you work closely with the wider HR team who are undergoing similar policy reviews and developments across the organisation.

Based out of their stunning purpose-built offices (hybrid, maximum 2-3 days in the office), and offering a competitive basic salary, bonus, and excellent benefits, this is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Reward Manager with a real passion for the policy and advisory side of the role.

The role will also see you working closely with the whole HR team and global stakeholders as you work on the alignment of Compensation, Benefits and Mobility policies and procedures, lead on the implementation of policy changes, and communication of these changes.

Working closely with the Director of Reward your role will be to ensure that the development, implementation and communication of their reward strategy and policies, so that the overall Total Reward philosophy and approach is understood across the organisation.

Although this is within the financial sector, they are happy to consider candidates from other areas as long as you can demonstrate that you have the in-depth understanding of Reward policy and processes, and have worked on similar policy review, development, and implementation projects - albeit not necessarily on the same scale.

This is an huge project, as part of a wider, global transformation so an incredibly exciting and interesting endeavour to be part of, but it is definitely something that requires a real passion for the policy side of Reward.
