A not-for-profit organisation are looking for a HR Systems Lead to join to support through a large period of change. The role is based in London, offering hybrid working.

Client Details

A non-profit organisation, based in London

Description

A HR Systems Lead to:

- Provide management of the HR System

- Provide continual review and development of the systems infrastructure, policies and processes

- Work with key stakeholders to provide change

- Help drive the HR System and Analytics strategy

- Provide a systems road-map as well as leadership and direction to the HR team on the system

- Deliver projects and system changes for improvements

- Develop process maps and provide recommendations for implementation

- Lead on the strategic planning

Profile

A HR Systems Lead to:

- Experience of People XD desirable

- Strong HR system admin and management experience

- Experience of delivering projects to time-lines

- Experience of implementing a new HR system is desirable

- Experience of understanding systems strategy to create change

Job Offer

Permanent HR Systems Lead

£70-80,000 per annum
