HR advisor job based in Coventry
Your new company
Working for a large global organisation you will be working within the organisations UK HR team looking after multiple sites across the UK
Your new role
Reporting into the HR Business Partner you will be working in a generalist role looking after day to day operational duties, recruitment, assisting with policy writing, L&D and also ER cases. They would also like the person to be able to assist with payroll when the payroll manager is off.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have had previous experience working in a busy HR team at advisor level and have a good all round knowledge. Strong excel skills and any previous payroll experience is a distinct advantage.
