Oakleaf Partnership are working exclusively with a national organisation with offices in Leeds. They are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to support the delivery of the strategic people agenda and be accountable for the implementation of initiatives and projects across their region. This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious business partner. The role is based in the Leeds area with hybrid working.

What is the role?

As an HR Business Partner, you will work as part of a wider network of HRBPs and be accountable for your own region. Working closely with your regional senior leadership team, your responsibilities will span across core areas of HR including talent management, organisation effectiveness and workforce planning, performance and reward, and employee engagement and communication. This role has a strategic focus and offers an exciting opportunity for someone ambitious who wants to step up from business partner in the next few years.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a generalist business partner within a large organisation. They must have excellent communication and time management skills, proven change and project management skills, and be able to build effective working relationships to influence at senior stakeholder level. CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
