Oakleaf Partnership are working on an exciting new role with a prestigious Professional Services firm in the City on a Benefits Advisor position.
What is the role
As Benefits Specialist you will be responsible for the administration of the benefits scheme. You will act as the main point of contact between the staff and the third party providers regarding all benefits queries.
Experience required for this role includes
The successful candidate will have experience of employee benefits administration as well as pay review and benchmarking. Strong Excel skills and written communication also required.
