My client is looking for a HR Manager to join our team at an exciting time in their journey. The HR Manager will be managing the team through a challenging yet rewarding period of transitioning people processes onto a new HR system, transforming how they operate and dramatically improving how they do things across the Company.

In addition to the HRIS roll-out, you will also be responsible for the day to day HR operations of the organisation, managing a small junior team, and working alongside a Business Partner.

You will require a strong toolkit in;

• Culture and engagement
• Employee Relations
• Learning and Development, including at leadership level
• Performance Management
• Recruitment

Profile

Reporting directly to the lead for HR, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in;

• Successfully managing the day to day activities of an operational HR function, ideally in a change environment
• Delivering the implementation and roll-out of a new HRIS, improving the service delivered by HR
• Coaching and supporting the senior leadership team, and delivering leadership training
• Managing a small HR function
• Managing the full operational employee lifecycle, including payroll
• Experience in a unionised organisation would be beneficial

Job Offer

A salary from £43,679 plus benefits. The business operates a hybrid working model
