As a HR Advisor you will provide a comprehensive advisory service to managers and employees. You will provide support and coaching on varying ER matters, grievances, disciplines, absences, performance, investigations and policies and procedures.

I am working with one of my York based clients on a HR Advisor role. The role is full time, and permanent and is paying up to £35,000. They also offer hybrid working.

Description

As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

• Provide advice, support and coaching to managers and employees on all people related matters including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, absences and performance management
• Review and develop HR policies and procedures
• End to end recruitment processes
• Reviewing HR budgets
• Compliance and audits

Profile

As a HR Advisor you will have:

• Demonstrable experience in a similar HR Advisor role
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload
• High attention to detail with experience of dealing with confidential information
• Keen desire to develop and progress
• Pragmatic approach to work
• Good communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
