Global Payroll Manager - Permanent - London - up to £100,000 per annum - Hybrid basis

Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with a leading tech firm in the heart of London.

As a Global Payroll Manager you will be an integral part of the Finance department and will be ensuring that each stage of the payroll process runs smoothly as this business looks to transition and bring Payroll back in house.

Duties of the role

Lead the EMEA payroll teams overseeing the end to end payroll processing activities for the business and expatriate population.

Deliver the strategic direction for global payroll and the leadership of the end-to-end daily operations of the payroll activities across the UK and International entities.

Effective communication and reporting on payroll performance measures to internal and external stakeholders

Documenting the payroll processes (in-house and external providers). Keeping up to date with new legislations

Working closely with Global Mobility on Modified payrolls

Key Skills:

  • Experience with managing a team and instituting change and continuous improvement plans.
  • Experience of multiple entity payrolls
  • ERP platform experience - Workday preferred
  • CIPP or equivalent Qualification
  • Advanced Excel
  • Thorough understanding of payroll and financial management obligations (including statutory obligations), requirements and dynamic
  • Experience of outsourcing payrolls
  • Experience of consolidating payrolls
  • Current knowledge of UK Pension arrangements including auto enrolment
  • knowledge of UK tax law
  • knowledge of tax law in EMEA.
